Matrix Route Co., Ltd. is a specialized natural rubber sole manufacturer based in Samut Prakan, Thailand. Established in 2020 and built on more than 20 years of hands-on rubber compounding and footwear component production experience, we manufacture outsoles, sandal soles, natural rubber insoles, and custom molded components.
Our strength is rubber formulation, production behavior, and adapting compounds around specific footwear performance requirements. We supply rubber sole components to footwear manufacturers in Thailand whose finished footwear is delivered to Middle Eastern markets—including the UAE and Iran—and also support direct overseas OEM component projects.
Who We Are
Matrix Route is a focused SME rubber sole manufacturer operating in Samut Prakan, Thailand. We are not a massive conglomerate or an abstract trading agency—we are a specialized production facility combining in-house compounding, compression molding lines, trial molding, and direct technical collaboration.
We focus strictly on footwear components: rubber outsoles, traditional sandal soles, natural rubber insoles, and custom molded rubber parts. We do not manufacture finished footwear, ensuring 100% of our production discipline is dedicated to component performance, dimensional consistency, and material integrity.
Our factory operates with a typical monthly capacity of up to 50,000 pairs across 6 compression press heads (12 work stations), maintaining manageable batch runs with a typical minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1,500 pairs per style/color (~300 pairs/size).

Compound Selection & Adjustment

Trial Molding & Validation
